Mr. Clark founded Amplified Estates in the Fall of 2020, the COVID Pandemic year. A year where so many individuals faced financial hardship and had to resort to new employment opportunities and unfortunately some were forced into home foreclosures. Out of fear and realization that he too may have this same fate, Mr. Clark understood that he needed to have a contingency plan in place to ensure the financial security of his family. After conducting a self-assessment to help determine his calling, Mr. Clark decided that the best opportunity for financial freedom would be through real estate, as it profoundly ties into his passions of being creative, being of service to others, developing meaningful relationships, and the bonus of having a positive impact on other families and communities. Since making this decision to commence Amplified Estates,  Mr. Clark has helped to transform not only the life of his family but the lives of other families as well. Through his working knowledge of real estate, he has saved families from foreclosure, provided shelter, and helped individuals get out of distressed home situations and countless other obstacles.
